Who I am :

Originally from France, I am a certified French as a Second Language (FSL) instructor with experience teaching young ones and wiser ones. Teaching has always been my calling. This is my passion for languages and my eagerness for adventures that led me to teach my mother tongue abroad. After years of travels, I decided to settle in Calgary, AB where I’ve been offering French teaching services through my company for the last year.

Private individuals, Canada-wide organizations and schools soon started to trust my sense of adaptability. I believe that because everyone is different, so are their learning styles.
My approach lies in helping everyone find their unique way to connect with the language thanks to personalized materials and engaging activities.

My philosophy :

I’ve always found my inspiration in alternative teaching methods such as Freinet, Montessori, or the Reggio Emilia approach. They all acknowledge creating meaningful learning experiences by positioning the students at the center of the learning process.

Self-discovery is a key component of any learning adventure. Our role as facilitators is to guide and accompany throughout the process.

My mission:

Eager to make a change in this world, I’m deeply convinced that it starts with our relationship with ourselves and how we interact with our environment. By cultivating human skills, we are able to enhance our cognitive capabilities: attention, memory, learning, and language abilities.

This is the reason why I envision yoga, mindfulness, and exposure to a second language as wonderful complementary tools to foster self-exploration and cultivate open-mindedness at any age.

I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to thrive: accompanying and empowering students is what fulfills me.
